Hi guys, I was just wondering why you would put a water exercise right in the middle of all the other great ones, I understand the principle but I dont think it's very practical. I try to seperate my dryland training and my aquatic training. Not everybody has instant access to a pool, and wouldn't the forearm set listed in the probodx book be a better fit for the sequence o this workout?

Good question. I'm pretty sure there is no set sequence for this workout. you can save the forearm work out for the end and you sure can substitute the probodx or another forearm work out if you don't have access to a pool.

Generally, you want to perform the exercises in the order they are prescribed but this workout really seems to have three modules: footwork, hands/forearms (pool), and ballwork. I think you could break it up in these parts in any sequence as long as each module is followed as written.
