He's a Takedown Machine (Part 1)

In wrestling and jiujitsu a tricky part of the competition is actually getting the struggle to the ground. Though technique is vital in the art of the takedown your body requires great coordination, explosion, balance, and stamina. You use your core to move someone and require a very deep aerobic and anaerobic pool to draw from, as well as great strength in the feet and hamstrings. This part 1 of a two part routine; do the first part one week, then the second part the next week.
