I just finished my last year of junior college football at Cerritos College, and I've been recruited by some big name schools

My name is Deon Goggins I trained with Gavin for about a month and a half going into the summer. My experince at Sport Science Lab was great and I miss it. Since training at Sport Science Lab I've always kept in mind what Gavin talked to me about, as far as staying away from the heavy squating and power cleans. I do workouts around the house and at school the best I can.

I just finished my last year of junior college football at Cerritos College, and I've been recruited by some big name schools. I haven't made my decision yet were I'm going to attend college. But all I know is I wanna get back in the lab and have the "advantage" over your typical athlete. Thanks to Gavin while training for that short little period of time and absorbing all the knowledge that he passed on to me I had a great summer/fall camp, and a great great football season. I would like to reunite with Gavin and train hard so I can be ready for the next level.

P.S. Here is my highlight film from this past season. I made first team all conference and I also lead my team in sacks and lead the d-lineman in tackles(37).
