I am a Jiu-Jitsu Black belt, have tried crossfit, kettlebells, and any other type of workouts you can imagine, but nothing gave me the results that SSL NIS training has.
I totally agree with [SSL user mpcc2021]. I was exposed to this after training with BJ Penn for his last fight, since then I am hooked. The fact that I actually notice a difference in involuntary response time, explosiveness, and an overall lightness in my movement blows me away. Usually these type of results are so gradual that you don't notice them, This hit me like a freight train. After 4 workouts with the instability discs, slant board, and ballistic ball routine I am a believer.
