Sorry, you need to install flash to see this content.

This web site, in fact, everything we do is about improving sports performance. In order to improve sports performance, you need to improve athleticism. This includes speed, power, agility, coordination, rhythm, timing, proprioception, speed-strength, acceleration, endurance and mental discipline.

By joining, you have access to our unique performance based methodology about how to improve all of these elements of sports performance & athleticism…plus sport specific exercises, workouts and programs…tips on nutrition, inspiration, and the chance to connect with like-minded athletes. You'll also lean about biomechanics and anatomy so you understand how your body functions and how to make it function most efficiently in a sports environment to improve your performance.

Combine this with our DVD's of sports specific programs & the gear you need to absolutely improve your performance in your sport. We don't just think this will help—It will help. It's been proven hundreds of times over. And, we guarantee it will help improve your sports performance.

Supplements-Part III

Welcome to the third installment of our discussion on supplements. In the first two segments we discussed how nature provides the essential amino acids and nutrients we need to survive and excel. We do advocate the use of supplements such as Trace Minerals, sea salt and spirulina because they are natural and help replenish essential nutrients.

Members' Workout of the Week

Surf and Turf

Coordination, exceptional core strength, neuromuscular control, balance and dynamic flexibility play a key role in most sports. In honor of summer sports such as swimming and surfing as well as the World Cup we have created a workout that will enhance all of these qualities. Get a friend and do this workout five or six times this week and you will notice significant improvement.

About Gavin MacMillan

Gavin created & Developed NeuroMuscular Intensification System (NIS)™—a revolutionary, unconventional athletic & sports performance training methodology.

The unique feature of the NIS is that it re-trains the Central Nervous System to fire muscles faster and in proper sequence for each specific sport. The dominating performance factor in elite athletes—which is ignored by conventional sports performance training methods—is true speed-strength, which comes from the ability to store and use elastic energy.

Gavin designed, developed & tested over 100 never-before-seen ballistic, plyometric & isokinetic exercises and sports performance training programs.

He has trained over 100 NFL players, including Troy Polamalu, Will Blackmon, Mark Simoneau, Cletis Gordon, Sione Pouha, Sammy Knight, et al; more than 50 NBA players, including Tyson Chandler; over 40 MLB players including Jason Giambi, Steve Finley; 20 NHL players including Mark Ellis; over 1000 NCAA athletes including Courtney Shannon, whose UCLA gymnastics team just won a national championship; Pro Volleyball players including Morgan Beck and Eric Seiffert & dozens of Olympians in multiple sports; the 2006 Concordia University’s Women’s National Championship Volleyball team; the LA Sol women’s professional soccer team that played for the 2009 WPS league title.

...and resurrected careers, saved scholarships, rehabbed players in record time and even helped a stroke victim get back on her ice skates.
