Pro Series Balance Discs are used in the SSL Foundational Footwork Program. Doing exercises on the discs, with help of the Balance Poles, strengthen the feet, ankles, legs and abdominals while simultaneously improving balance and proprioception. The Discs are 7.5 inches in diameter. Can be used with any age or size.
