Gavin Macmillan
Gavin grew up in Toronto and was quick to demonstrate a rare gift; a deep understanding of the human body and its biomechanics.
That knowledge, when applied to sport and combined with raw athletic ability, made Gavin a formidable force in 7 major sports. From ice hockey to combat sports, the list includes tennis, boxing and American football.
With the ability to turn pro in multiple fields Gavin ultimately accepted a tennis scholarship to San Jose State University and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Economics.
Over the last 21 years Gavin has accumulated an astonishing client list which includes Miguel Cotto & Manny Pacquiao (Boxing), Marcus Mariota & Will Blackmon (American Football), Georges St-Pierre & Dominick Cruz (MMA), LA Sol soccer team, the men's National South African Rugby team and most recently corrected the world #1 Aryna Sabalenka's serve to championship tennis victories.

Candice MacMillanPhD
Candice is a qualified physiotherapist with a special interest in the rehabilitation of sports injuries and the conditioning of athletes. She obtained her PhD (Sports Physiotherapy) and award-winning MSc degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa).
Research emanating from her post-graduate studies has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at sports medicine conferences.
She has worked at both the USA and South African franchises and is the SSL certification course developer and senior instructor. Her favorite hobby is training for and participating in triathlons.

Matthew Hunter
Matt is an entrepreneur who first met Gavin after a career-ending rugby injury that nearly cost him his leg. Gavin's advice ultimately led to a lasting friendship and changed his perspective on life.
With a deep product and marketing background in SaaS, Matt moved from the UK to the US after graduating in 2015 to work in Silicon Valley, leading growth teams for $50M+ ARR companies.
He has a BA and is also studying for a MSc in Computer Science.
“Many trainers have built their careers on just a fraction of this clientele, but Gavin's legacy isn't defined by the countless elite athletes that line the halls of fame. For me, his legacy lives in ordinary people with extraordinary stories; those who defied surgeons' odds and walked again. Lives rebuilt in silence, far away from the limelight. In their darkest hours they turned to him, and he welcomed them in side-by-side with the pros.”
